Well remember i said it was not my favorite place? And i even ranted on facebook about kind of hating them? Usually when i have a Customer Service issue, i don't give up until the company knows i am not a happy camper. Product defect is one thing, lost orders, maybe even charged wrong, but customer service is based on people skills and training. Anyways, i can not disclose whats coming up next week but i do want to encourage you to trust me when i say Sign Up For Totsy and know things are about to change for them in a big way. My voice did not go on deaf ears and i was very thrilled by who i spoke to and the fact that they listened. So lets give them another chance :)
