My Review:
My family is always looking for ways to curb hunger between meals.
After reading about this product, I was curious.
Would it really curb my constant appetite?

I sent one to work with my husband and had him eat it and time how
long it took to feel hungry again. (he LOVES to eat!,LOL)

He reported back that it curbed his hunger for two hours.
I nibbled one while working at my computer and it held off hunger
for four hours!

How did it taste?
Don't let the word "multigrain" scare you off, this doesn't taste
like health food.
The outside is sweet and salty with a hint of graham cracker taste.
The filling was thick and creamy, very cheesy.
This satisfied my sweet and salt cravings plus the cracker texture was excellent!

William said they tasted like a giant smoked cheese cracker, heavenly.
We both loved them so now I'm heading over to the Facebook page
to print a coupon. I'll have to buy lots of these!

How do you handle in between meal hunger? Do you have any special
snacks that get you through the day?

Please share your tips, they would be very helpful!

Blogger Black Book - Product Review Opportunities

Spring has officially sprung and with it comes Spring Cleaning, Mother's Day and more. Two of our subscribers have contacted us with some amazing blog review opportunities and those are detailed below.
In a bit of personal news, I have also joined the blogging world with a new blog detailing the construction of our dream home in Apollo Beach, FL. I'd love your feedback--and your tips on how to make sure the content stays current! Here's a link to my new blog, Live Beside the Ocean.

And now for the opportunities:

TideCare.com is a new site for Tide's line of laundry accessories including several odor-absorbing products like a travel bag, hamper and wash bag. There are coupons on the site now and the company is also interested in sending products to bloggers to review.

We're also seeking bloggers to review other fabric care products from Dryel, Downy, Bounce and others.

In late March, Purina launched Purina ProCare, a new line of training and cleaning products for pets. The puppy pads are amazing (if I do say so myself) and the company is looking for pet bloggers or families with puppies to review the products. The ProCare line is available in pet specialty stores. Samples are available from its Pet Gear line, available in supermarkets.

The Mint Robotic Floor Cleaner is seeking hi-tech and gadget bloggers to test its robotic cleaner for hard surface floors.

E-mail me at megan@licursi.net for more information about the product tours.

Thanks for your time! As always, we're looking for other bloggers to partner with. Make sure you're telling all of your contacts to join us at www.bloggerblackbook.com/survey.

How We Hire Bloggers, New Review Opp - Mom Bloggers Club

February 2, 2011

Happy Wednesday!
More and more this year we will be hiring bloggers to be ambassadors for various promotions and campaigns. Many members have asked me how they can also be considered for paying campaigns. On average we pay between $300 - $500 for campaigns, sometimes more.
We ultimately make the decision by getting to know bloggers we work with and who are enthusiastic about working with the Mom Bloggers Club. We tend to work with bloggers on paid campaigns who have written wonderful reviews about products we've sent them. Previous work helps us honestly gauge how well a mom will be on a paid campaign.
And, to be completely honest, we work with bloggers who have established networks and readerships. It's not always the determining factor, but if you can show us that you have a loyal readership even without the greatest numbers in the world, we're happy to work with you, too.
I hope that has answered any questions you may have had about working on paid campaigns.
BARELY THERE INTIMATES
This month we are excited to work with Hanes and their Barely There Intimates blog review campaign. If you would love to try and review a brand-new bra let us know. We will be working with 25 members, so if you aren't on this campaign, there will be many more to join. Sign up here!

TRON TWITTER PARTY
We will be hosting a TRON: EVOLUTION: Battle Grids Twitter party tonight. We're giving away over $600 in prizes. We'd love for you to join us! RSVP for an extra entry to win a copy of TRON: EVOLUTION: Battle Grids for the Wii.
YOUR GOOD NEWS
Over at our daily online magazine, Mom Blog magazine, we love highlighting the accomplishments of members of the mom blogging community in our news section. If you have great news to share about working with brands, going on junkets, or speaking at conferences, we'd love to share it with our readers. Sharing great news always encourages others!
